Die Einreise nach Argentinien ist etwas komplizierter als die Ausreise aus Uruguay. Das liegt aber haupts\u00e4chlich daran, dass Ralph kurz hintereinander von zwei verschiedenen Beamten angesprochen wird und sie ihm unterschiedliche Informationen geben, w\u00e4hrend ich noch mit dem Beamten besch\u00e4ftigt bin, der unser Visa bearbeitet. Als ich fertig bin, parken wir an der Seite und laufen zur\u00fcck zum Schalter, um auch die Einreiseformalit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr Albatros zu erledigen. Nachdem wir dann auch die Br\u00fcckenmaut bezahlt haben, geht es weiter nach Colon. \u00dcber Nebenstra\u00dfen – die Hauptstrasse hatte eine H\u00f6henbegrenzung von 2,8m – fahren wir im Ort bis runter zum Hafen und dann an der Promenade entlang, wo wir kurz vor dem Yachthafen unseren Stellplatz finden. Am Morgen fahren wir zur Touristeninformation und laufen ein bisschen durch die Stadt. Uns f\u00e4llt direkt auf, dass die H\u00e4user fast alle aus Stein gebaut sind. Der Ort wirkt sehr beschaulich und gepflegt, nur die B\u00fcrgersteige und die Seitenstra\u00dfen lassen zu w\u00fcnschen \u00fcbrig. Auch herrscht hier das \u201cSiesta-Prinzip\u201d; d.h. zwischen 12:30h und 17:00h sind alle Gesch\u00e4fte geschlossen. Nach etwas Hin und Her halten wir dann auch unsere ersten Argentinischen Peso (ARS) in der Hand. Wir beschlie\u00dfen spontan, noch eine Nacht in Colon zu bleiben. Diesmal \u00fcbernachten wir aber am Hafen. Damit wir in Zukunft f\u00fcr Kommunikation nicht mehr so von WiFi-Zugang abh\u00e4ngig sind, besorgen wir uns am n\u00e4chsten Tag eine argentinische SIM-Karte. Als wir zum Auto zur\u00fcck kommen, sehen wir jede Menge Polizei am Hafen. Zuerst wollen uns zwei Polizisten auch nicht weiter lassen, aber als wir erkl\u00e4ren, dass das Auto, welches da alleine auf dem Parkplatz steht, unseres ist, geht ein Polizist mit Ralph und wir d\u00fcrfen fahren. Offenbar hat es am Hafen einen Todesfall gegeben. Wir machen am \u00f6rtlichen Wasserwerk noch schnell unsere Tanks voll und dann geht es \u00fcber Ruta 135, die Ruta 14 und die Ruta 39 bis Basavilbaso. Da die Stra\u00dfen gut ausgebaut sind und es au\u00dfer Weideland nicht viel zu sehen gibt, fahren wir am n\u00e4chsten Tag durch bis Rosario. Ab Victoria wir die Landschaft dann jedoch interessanter. Wir fahren durch riesige \u00dcberschwemmungsgebiete mit tollen Ausblicken. Rosario \u00fcberrascht uns dann schon von Weitem mit seiner Skyline und vielen Hochh\u00e4usern. Obwohl die Stadt recht gro\u00df ist, ist der Verkehr ertr\u00e4glich. Wir finden einen Stellplatz am Park Urquiza und laufen zum Abendessen noch in die Stadt. In der Nacht schl\u00e4gt unsere Bordbatterie Alarm. Wir haben nur noch 38 Ah (von 480 Ah). Also stellen wir das Auto morgens erstmal in die Sonne, damit die Solaranlage laden kann. Wir laufen die Uferstra\u00dfe entlang und dann noch in die Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerzone. Hier herrscht ein lebhaftes Treiben. Als wir nachmittags zum Auto zur\u00fcck kommen, zeigt die Batterie immer noch nicht mehr an. Also beschlie\u00dfen wir, den n\u00e4chstgelegenen Campingplatz in Pueblo Esther anzufahren und uns ans Stromnetz zu h\u00e4ngen. Trotzt Strom zeigt die Batterie immer noch nicht mehr an. Ralph macht einen Wartungstag (Ventile einstellen etc.) und checkt alle Anschl\u00fcsse und pl\u00f6tzlich zeigt die Anzeige an, dass wir voll geladen sind. Es ist Samstag und nachmittags wird der Platz brechend voll. Viele Einheimische kommen in gro\u00dfen und kleinen Gruppen und belegen die Grill- und Picknickpl\u00e4tze bis zum Abend. Die Mengen Fleisch, die dabei gegrillt werden, sind f\u00fcr uns kaum vorstellbar. Jetzt verstehen ich auch, wieso ich gestern beim Metzger ein Schild gesehen habe, dass die Rechnung in 3 Monatsraten ohne Zinsen und Geb\u00fchren gezahlt werden kann. Das Angebot der Ratenzahlung (bis zu 6 Monate ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Kosten) sehen wir in fast jedem Gesch\u00e4ft. Das ist auch ein Indiz f\u00fcr die marode Wirtschaft Argentiniens. Als wir am Morgen abreisen, sehen wir, dass abends noch ein zweites deutsches Wohnmobil auf den Platz gekommen ist. Wir unterhalten uns kurz und geht es f\u00fcr uns weiter nach Venado Tuerto, wo wir neben dem Krankenhaus parken. Der nahe gelegene Park wird gerade restauriert und wir haben keine Chance, uns dort hinzustellen. Da die Ventile immer noch klappern, macht Ralph sich nochmal an die Arbeit. Bevor wir weiterfahren, f\u00fcllen wir bei Carrefour nochmal unsere Vorr\u00e4te auf. Unseren Nachtplatz wollen wir an der Laguna La Brava aufschlagen. Die letzten 7,5 km sind eine ziemlich heftige Schlaglochstrecke. Der Platz hat einen traumhaften Ausblick und wir sehen St\u00f6rche und Flamingos auf dem See. Aber, die Sache hat einen Haken. F\u00fcr den fr\u00fchen Morgen ist Regen angesagt und wir haben Bedenken, dass die Piste dann zu stark aufweicht und rutschig wird. Also drehen wir um und fahren noch bis ca. 25 km hinter La Carlota und \u00fcbernachten auf dem Gr\u00fcnstreifen neben der Stra\u00dfe. Unser Ziel f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Tag ist Rio Cuarto. Da wir dort jedoch schon sehr fr\u00fch sind, gehen wir nur Geld wechseln und eine Kleinigkeit essen und fahren dann noch weiter. Wir \u00fcbernachten dann in Achiras am Ende des Ortes am Plaza Roca. Wir laufen noch ein St\u00fcck, aber der Ort wirkt total verschlafen. \u00dcber die RN 30 und die RN10 geht es weiter nach La Toma. Dort wollen wir einen Onix-Laden besuchen, den es dann aber unter der angegebenen Adresse nicht gibt. Als wir wieder fahren wollen, erkl\u00e4ren uns zwei Nachbarinnen, wo die Gesch\u00e4fte sind. Ralph ist im 7. Himmel. Drei Gesch\u00e4fte mit Mineralien direkt hintereinander. Nat\u00fcrlich wurden wir auch f\u00fcndig und f\u00fcr umgerechnet ca. \u20ac 11,50 kaufen wir 3 tolle Steine. Weiter geht es auf der RN20, die fast durchg\u00e4ngig 4-spurig und auf dem Mittelstreifen mit bl\u00fchendem Ginster und Pampasgras bepflanzt ist. Letztlich landen wir in Potrero de los Funes, einem Ort an einem Stausee mit einer Rennstrecke direkt um den See. Wir bleiben 3 N\u00e4chte, wechseln aber nach der 1. Nacht den Stellplatz. Ralph stellt die Ventile nochmal ein (diesmal ist dann alles gut) und wir schauen uns den Ort ein bisschen an. Ansonsten ist eher Faulenzen angesagt.<\/p>\n

English Version (no translation of German text)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Entering Argentinia is a bit more complicated than exiting Uruguay. This is mainly due to the fact, that multiple immigration officer approach Ralph with conflicting information while I\u2019m still busy with the guy who deals with our visa. Once I\u2019m done, we park and walk back to the office to get the temporary import permit (TIP) for Albatros as well. When we continue, we have to paid toll for the bridge and then we drive to Colon. Via small streets (the mainroads are blocked with height limits) we drive to the harbor and then along the seaside until we find a place for the night shortly before the marina. In the morning our first stop is at the Visitor Center and then we start exploring the town. The 1st<\/sup> thing we notice is, that the majority of houses are build of stone. Colon is a lively nice town. Only the pedestrian walks and some of the side streets are a bit of a mess. Another thing we note is that they all enjoy the \u201cSiesta\u201d; meaning that most shops are close between the 12:30h and 17:00h. After a bit of back and forth we finally manage to get hold of some Argentinian Peso (ARS). We decide to stay another night at the harbor. To not depend too much on WiFi, we buy an Argentinian SIM-card the next day. \u00a0When we come back to the harbor, we see that there are a lot of police men and two of them stop us, when we try to walk down. After explaining that the big car standing all alone on the parking lot is ours and that we want to leave, on of the police men accompanies Ralph to Albatros and then we can leave. Obviously, there was a dead body at the harbor. We stop at the municipal water facility to fill our water tanks and then we drive via Ruta 135, Ruta 14 and Ruta 39 until we reach Basavilbaso. Since the roads are in good condition and there isn\u2019t much to see except endless pasture, we make it to Rosario on the next day. From Victoria onwards the landscape becomes more interesting. We drive through huge flood areas with awesome views and a lot of birds. Rosario surprises us already from far with its number of skyscrapers and its skyline. Although it is a relatively big city, the traffic is not too bad. We park for the night at Parque Urquiza and go into town for diner. During the night the alarm for our extra battery goes off. The display shows that we are down to 38Ah (from 480Ah). Therefore, we park Albatros in the sun first thing in the morning so that the solar panel can recharge battery. We stroll along the riverside into town and to the shopping area. There are a lot of shops and restaurants and it\u2019s pretty busy. When we\u2019re back at the car, the battery doesn\u2019t show any change. So, we decide to move to the campground in Pueblo Esther to get connected to electricity. However, even after a couple of hours there still is no change. The next day is reserved for service (e.g. adjusting the valves). Ralph checks everything and all of a sudden, the display shows 480Ah. It\u2019s Saturday and in the afternoon the site is full to its capacity. Locals arrive in big and small groups to use the BBQs and picnic areas until evening. The amount of meat that is grilled to us seems pretty much. Now I understand the add I saw yesterday at a butchery, saying that you can pay your bill in 3 instalments without any charge or interest. This type of instalment offers (up to 6 months without charge) is something we see in nearly every shop and indicates the bad shape of the Argentinian economy. Upon leaving in the morning, we see that another German camper arrived in the evening. After a short chat we continue towards Venado Tuerto, where we stop behind the hospital. The nearby park is under construction and there is no chance for us to get in. Since the valves still sound strange, Ralph works on them again. In the morning we stock up at Carrefour. The plan is to spend the night at Laguna La Brava. The last 7.5 km are in pretty bad shape and lots of potholes. The site at the laguna awards us with an incredible view and we see storks and flamingos on the lake. However, there is a but to this place. The weather forecast expects rain in the early morning and we are concerned, that the track might be too muddy and slippery for us to get out again. Therefore, we turn back and continue until we find a place beside the street approx. 25 km after La Carlota. Our next destination is Rio Curato. Since we are there earlier than expected, we only change some money and have a quick lunch and then continue on. We spend the night at Plaza Roca in Archias, a small but sleepy town. Via RN 30 and RN10 we get to La Toma. We read about an Onix shop but when we stop at the address it is not there anymore. Two ladies from the neighborhood tell us where to go and once we\u2019re there Ralph is in heaven. There shops with minerals and of course we find something. For approx. \u20ac 11,50 we buy 3 beautiful stones. We continue via RN20 which has 4 lanes and has flowering bloom and pampas grass along the middle lane. Finally, we stop in Potrero de los Funes, a town at a reservoir and a race track along this lake. We stay 3 nights but switch the campground after the 1st<\/sup> one. Ralph again works on the valves (this time everything sounds good) and we explore the village and just relax.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
