Nachdem es an der Grenze so lange gedauert hat, stellen wir uns in Los Antiguos wieder an die Plaza und laufen noch kurz die Hauptstra\u00dfe rauf und runter. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag geht es wieder nach Perito Moreno, wo wir zu unserer \u00dcberraschung beim Einkaufen Jonasz und Aleksandra aus Darmstadt wieder treffen. Sie wollen aber noch weiter und wir stellen uns dann wieder auf den Platz an der ausgetrockneten Lagune. Bevor wir den Ort verlassen, f\u00fcllen wir nochmal Diesel und Wasser auf. Bis ca. 30 km hinter Rio Mayo wird die Landschaft wieder von Pampa beherrscht und ist sehr eint\u00f6nig. Danach wird sie etwas bergiger und abwechslungsreicher. Allerdings m\u00fcssen wir auch 50 km \u201eCalzada muy desorientada\u201c bew\u00e4ltigen. Auf dem Abschnitt gibt es mal wieder riesige Schlagl\u00f6cher. An der Kreuzung der Ruta 40 mit der Ruta 56 biegen wir ab und finden 2 km sp\u00e4ter einen Stellplatz mit ein bisschen Windschutz. Auch am n\u00e4chsten Tag bleibt die Strecke relativ eint\u00f6nig. Gegen 14 Uhr erreichen wir Gobernador Cost und checken auf dem Camping Municipal ein; wir m\u00fcssen mal wieder alle Akkus aufladen. Am Morgen machen wir nochmal einen Tank voll, finden aber leider kein Trinkwasser ehe wir Richtung Rio Chico weiterfahren. Dort versuchen wir nochmal Trinkwasser zu bekommen. Da wir auch hier nicht erfolgreich sind, kaufen wir 2 gro\u00dfe Flaschen Wasser. Mit unserem Vorrat sollte das f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten Tage reichen. Unser Ziel ist der Lago Vittner, den wir \u00fcber eine gut zu fahrende Schotterstra\u00dfe erreichen. Auf einer Lichtung im Wald finden wir einen tollen Stellplatz direkt am See. Abends gibt es noch einen tollen Sonnenuntergang. Da es uns so gut gef\u00e4llt, beschlie\u00dfen wir spontan, noch eine Nacht hier zu bleiben. Tags\u00fcber machen wir einen Spaziergang am Ufer entlang. W\u00e4hrend ich nach einer Weile umdrehe, l\u00e4uft Ralph weiter und kommt ca. 1.5 Stunden sp\u00e4ter zur\u00fcck. Er hat mehrfach vor Z\u00e4unen und Gattern gestanden und ist nicht zur Stra\u00dfe durchgekommen. Da Ralph sich morgens nicht fit f\u00fchlt, \u00fcberlegen wir, noch einen Tag stehen zu bleiben aber gegen 13 Uhr fahren wir dann doch los. Ein St\u00fcck weiter fahren wir an einem anderen sch\u00f6nen Stellplatz vorbei. Als wir vor einem Warnschild stehen bleiben, winken uns drei Argentinier, die dort mit einem umgebauten Linienbus stehen heran. Wir folgen der Aufforderung und werden als erstes zum Essen und Trinken eingeladen. Wir quatschen fast 2 Stunden mit ihnen (einer sprach ganz gut Englisch) ehe wir weiterfahren.\u00a0 In Corcovado k\u00f6nnen wir an der Tourist Information Wasser tanken. Da es inzwischen sp\u00e4t geworden ist, biegen wir auf der Suche nach einem Stellplatz Richtung Cerro Centinela ab und landen auf dem Parkplatz eines Gemeindezentrums. Die Eigent\u00fcmerin sagt, dass wir f\u00fcr die Nacht bleiben k\u00f6nnen, aber am n\u00e4chsten Tag um 11 Uhr ein Gottesdienst stattfindet. Wir stellen uns also den Wecker und machen uns fr\u00fch auf den Weg. In Trevelin kaufen wir noch ein und dann fahren wir zum Nationalpark Los Alerces. Auf Empfehlung der Rangerin im Besucherzentrum, fahren wir zum kostenlosen Stellplatz Punta Mattos und finden gerade noch einen Platz. Den n\u00e4chsten Tag vertr\u00f6deln wir am Platz. Gegen Abend kommt eine Rangerin und informiert alle, dass die Stra\u00dfe nach Esquel wegen eines Feuers gesperrt ist und ein Umweg von ca. 1 Stunde zu fahren ist. Daraufhin brechen viele Argentinier auf. Wir bleiben f\u00fcr eine weitere Nacht stehen. Wir stehen sp\u00e4t auf und setzen uns mit der zweiten Tasse Kaffee raus in die Sonne. Gerade als wir sp\u00fclen wollen, kommen Gabi und Rainer auf den Platz. Nach einem ausf\u00fchrlichen Plausch fahren die beiden aber weiter. Wir machen uns auch auf den Weg und fahren ein St\u00fcck zur\u00fcck. Als erstes stoppen wir an einem kleinen Parkplatz und laufen ein paar hundert Meter zu einem Wasserfall. Den zweiten Stopp machen wir f\u00fcr eine kurze Wanderung zu einem Aussichtspunkt und zu Felsmalereien. Anschlie\u00dfend fahren wir zum freien Stellplatz an der Playa Les Frances. Wir haben Gl\u00fcck und finden noch einen Stellplatz unten am See. Die meisten Pl\u00e4tze f\u00fcr Wohnmobile sind hier etwas weiter oberhalb im Wald. Auch hier haben wir abends wieder einen beeindruckenden Sonnenuntergang. Spontan beschlie\u00dfen wir wieder, noch einen Tag stehen zu bleiben und faulenzen am Platz. Abends haben wir diesmal einen tollen Sternenhimmel und machen ein paar Fotos. Als Ralph nachts aufsteht, weil er nicht schlafen kann, macht er noch ein paar. F\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Tag haben wir uns eine ca. 2-st\u00fcndige Wanderung ausgesucht. Der Weg f\u00fchrt durch sehr abwechslungsreiches Waldgebiet und es gibt einige Hinweistafeln zu den verschiedenen B\u00e4umen und Str\u00e4uchern und welche Bedeutung sie als heilige St\u00e4tte oder medizinisch f\u00fcr die Ureinwohnern hatten. Zur\u00fcck am Auto machen wir Mittagspause und dann fahren wir noch zu einem kostenlosen Campingplatz unmittelbar hinter dem Parkausgang. Auch hier bleiben wir zwei N\u00e4chte und lernen Lisa aus Deutschland und Niklaas aus Schweden kennen, mit denen wir uns eine ganze Weile unterhalten. Da wir am n\u00e4chsten Tag \u00fcber 200 km fahren wollen, stellen wir uns den Wecker. Bis Coihaila haben wir noch teilweise sehr schlechte Schotterstra\u00dfe aber dann geht es auf Asphalt z\u00fcgig weiter. In El Bolson halten wir am Supermarkt. Hier ist es wieder deutlich windiger und die Sicht wird durch aufgewirbelten Staub oft stark eingeschr\u00e4nkt. Die Strecke bis Bariloche geht auch wieder h\u00e4ufig bergauf und bergab und gew\u00e4hrt uns sch\u00f6ne Ausblicke auf die Berge. Gegen Abend checken wir dann wieder auf dem Campingplatz in Villa Maiten Cirse ein, auf dem wir schon im November waren. Hier treffen wir wieder auf die Engl\u00e4nder mit ihrem MM 819 D, die wir schon in El Chalt\u00e9n getroffen haben.<\/p>\n

Since it took so long at the border we directly drive to the site at the plaza, where we spent the night a couple of days earlier and only go for a short walk along the main road. In the morning we drive to Perito Moreno where we meet Jonasz and Aleksandra from Darmstadt at the supermarket. They want to drive for another few hours but we go back to the site at the lagoon that we used earlier. Prior to leaving we fill up on diesel and water. Until 30 km past Rio Mayo the landscape is dominated by pampa and pretty boring. Then it gets a bit more diverse and hillier. However, we have to drive a strip of 50 km that has \u201cCalzada muy desorientada\u201d with huge pot holes. We leave ruta 40 at the junction with ruta 56 and find a place for the night and a bit of wind shelter 2 km later. In the morning, the landscape is relatively boring again. Already around 2 pm we reach Gobernador Costa and check in at Camping Municipal; we need to charge all our batteries. Before heading on we fill a tank but unfortunately can\u2019t get any potable water and then leave direction Rio Chico. Again, we try to get potable water and since we\u2019re not successful either, we buy to big bottles of water. Together with what we have, this should be sufficient for the next few days. Our destination is Lago Vintter. We get there via a relatively good gravel road. On a clearing in the woods and directly at the lake we find a nice and quiet spot for the night and watch an impressive sunset in the evening. Since the site is so nice, we decide to stay another night. During the day we go for a walk along the shore. I turn back after a while but Ralph continues. He\u2019s back 1.5 hours later. Multiple times he had to turn back since he was confronted with fences and couldn\u2019t get to the road. During the night we have a clear and starry sky and can take some nice photos. Since Ralph doesn\u2019t feel to well, we wonder if we should stay another night but then leave around 1 pm. Only a short distance further we see a nice site. Whilst we stop at a warning sign, three Argentinians who occupy the site with a bus converted into a camper wave for us to join them. We turn in and are invited to have something to eat and drink. After nearly 2 hours of talking (one of them spoke good English) and then move on. In Corcovado we can finally get some potable water. Since it is already late, we leave the main road towards Cerro Centinela and finally end up on the parking of a community hall. The owner allows us to stay for the night, but there\u2019ll be a mass at 11am. We set our alarm and leave early. In Trevelin we stop to stock up our food and then drive to Nationalpark Los Alerces. The ranger at the visitor center recommends the free campground at Punta Mattos. So, we drive there and are lucky to find a site. We just chill around the campground all of the following day. Around late afternoon a ranger stops by and informs everyone, that the road to Esquel is blocked due to a fire. This means a diversion of approx. one hour for those going that way. A lot of Argentinians leave but we stay for another night. We get up later and sit outside in the sun with tour 2nd<\/sup> cup of coffee. Just as we want to do the dishes, Gabi and Rainer arrive. After an extended chat they move on. We first drive back for a few km and stop at a parking for a short walk to a waterfall. Our 2nd<\/sup> stop is for a short hike to a view point and cave paintings. Thereafter, we turn north again to another free campground at Playa les Frances. Again, we\u2019re lucky and find a site close to the lake. Most of the sites for motorhomes are further up in the wood. In the evening we enjoy a very nice sunset. Spontaneously we decide to stay a 2nd<\/sup> night and spend the day at the lake. In the evening\/night we have a clear and starry sky and take a couple of photos. And when Ralph gets up in the night since he can\u2019t sleep, he takes a few more. We decided to take an approx. 2 hr long walk on the next day. It leads us through diverse woods and there are a couple of signs about the various trees and bushes and their meaning as spiritual site or as medicinal plants for the natives. Back at the car we have lunch and then continue to the free campground just outside the National Park. Again, we stay for two nights and meet Lisa from Germany and Niklaas from Sweden with whom we talk for a while. Since we want to drive approx. 200 km, we set the alarm clock in the morning. Until Coihaila the road is gravel and partly in bad condition but then we continue on paved streets. At El Bolson we stop at the supermarket. Again, it is pretty windy and often we can\u2019t see anything due to the dust from the road. The remaining stretch until Bariloche is again hilly and provides us with nice views of the mountains. In the evening we check in at Camping Villa Maiten Cirse, where we already stayed in November. We\u2019re surprised to see the Brits with their MB 819D, whom we already met in El Chalt\u00e9n.<\/p>\n
