Wir sind wieder auf der RN9 unterwegs, die schnurgeradeaus verl\u00e4uft und im ersten St\u00fcck nicht viel Abwechslung bietet. Zwischendurch sehen wir S\u00e4ulen- und Ohrenkakteen, die so gro\u00df wie B\u00e4ume sind. Am Stra\u00dfenrand stehen St\u00e4nde mit Holz, Kakteen, Decken, Fellen und Holzkohle. Sp\u00e4ter tauchen dann immer wieder Palmen auf. In Villa de Maria \u00fcbernachten wir in einem gro\u00dfen Park. Gegen 22h werden wir noch von der Polizei kontrolliert und als wir erkl\u00e4ren, dass wir aus Deutschland und auf der Durchreise sind, d\u00fcrfen wir stehen bleiben. Bis auf die letzten 20 Km entlang eines Stausees hinter Cordoba ist die Strecke am n\u00e4chsten Tag wieder recht eint\u00f6nig. Neben der Stra\u00dfe sind riesige Maisfelder, die zum Teil noch nicht abgeerntet sind und vertrocknet aussehen. Wir vermuten, dass das mit der Dieselknappheit zusammenh\u00e4ngt. Daher hat die staatliche Mineral\u00f6lgesellschaft YPF inzwischen drastische Ma\u00dfnahmen ergriffen. So zahlen alle Fahrzeuge mit ausl\u00e4ndischem Kennzeichen fast den doppelten Preis und auch die Abgabemenge ist z. T. drastisch reduziert und liegt zwischen 10 und 50 Litern pro Fahrzeug. Am sp\u00e4ten Nachmittag erreichen wir Villa General Belgrano. Da wir uns um ein paar technische Probleme (Heizung, Wandler) k\u00fcmmern und nicht wieder in die K\u00e4lte kommen wollen, bleiben wir 4 Wochen auf dem Campingplatz. Hier haben wir Strom und k\u00f6nnen mit dem kleinen Heizl\u00fcfter heizen. Leider ist das WiFi nicht so gut wie erhofft und wir k\u00f6nnen aus dem Auto raus fast nichts machen. Um uns nach drau\u00dfen zu setzen, ist es uns aber meistens zu kalt. Wir laufen ein paar Mal in die Stadt. Im Zentrum gibt es einen Platz, auf dem das j\u00e4hrliche Oktoberfest abgehalten wird. Auch sonst kommen wir uns vor, wie in den Alpen, denn der Ort ist von Deutschen und Schweizern gepr\u00e4gt. Viele Restaurants, Hotels und Gesch\u00e4fte haben deutsche Namen und sind im Alpenstil gebaut. Zwischendurch steht ein Zahnarztbesuch an und Geld m\u00fcssen wir auch holen. Beim ersten Versuch, bei der Post Geld abzuholen, verliere ich meinen Ausweis. Zum Gl\u00fcck hatte ich einen Zettel mit dem Namen des Campingplatzes im Ausweis. Adrian findet ihn und bringt ihn zum Platz; wir sind aber noch nicht wieder zur\u00fcck. Per WhatsApp nehme ich Kontakt auf und wir verabreden uns einen Tag in der Stadt, damit wir uns geb\u00fchrend Bedanken k\u00f6nnen. Auch Matias, den wir 2020 in San Martin de los Andes auf dem Campingplatz w\u00e4hrend der Coronazeit kennengelernt haben, treffen wir. Er baut hier gerade f\u00fcr seinen Vater ein Haus und wir verbringen einen Nachmittag gemeinsam mit ihm und seiner Familie. Als wir ausgecheckt haben und noch einen Tank f\u00fcllen, spricht uns ein Schweizer an der Tankstelle an. Er hatte von dem Betreiber des Campingplatzes von uns geh\u00f6rt und w\u00fcrde sich gerne mit uns unterhalten. Auch empfiehlt er uns, auf jeden Fall dem Dorf La Cumbrecita einen Besuch abzustatten. Nach kurzer \u00dcberlegung \u00e4ndern wir unsere Planung und folgen erst seiner Empfehlung und fahren nachmittags zu seinem Haus in Alta Vista. Dort k\u00f6nnen wir am Fluss stehen. Wir verbringen 2 Tage mit Francis und Sandra und angeregten Unterhaltungen. Dann geht es weiter nach Cordoba zum Camping Municipal im \u201eReserva Natural Parque San Martin\u201c Von dort fahren wir einen Tag mit dem Taxi in die Stadt und laufen durch das Zentrum. Den n\u00e4chsten Tag nutzen wir noch f\u00fcr einen kleinen Spaziergang im Park. Unser n\u00e4chstes Ziel ist die Laguna Mar Chiquita. Die erste Nacht verbringen wir auf dem Parkplatz an einem Aussichtsturm zur Vogelbeobachtung. Allerdings sind au\u00dfer Papageien kaum V\u00f6gel zu sehen. Wir laufen noch ein St\u00fcck weiter Richtung See, aber er ist hier ziemlich ausgetrocknet. Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen wollen wir bei La Paquita an den See. Nachdem wir einige Kilometer \u00fcber enge und schlechte Wege gefahren sind, stehen wir vor einem Tor mit H\u00f6henbegrenzung. Da passen wir nicht durch. Laut meiner App, sollen es bis zum Wasser ca. 430 Meter sein, es sieht aber deutlich weiter aus. Wir laufen trotzdem los, drehen dann aber wieder um, weil der Untergrund immer matschiger wird. Es waren auf jeden Fall \u00fcber 1,2 km. Auch bei dem n\u00e4chsten Punkt, den wir ansteuern, sind wir nicht erfolgreich. Laut Navi m\u00fcssen wir immer geradeaus an den Strand. Nach ca. 4 km geht es aber nur noch rechts ab und die Stra\u00dfe endet auf einem Bauernhof. Im n\u00e4chsten Anlauf landen wir dann in Suardi auf dem Parque Comunal \u201eAntonio Cavallo\u201c. Hier k\u00f6nnen wir umsonst stehen und haben Strom und WiFi. Auf Nachfrage bekommen wir sogar Schl\u00fcssel f\u00fcr die Duschen. Die m\u00fcssen wir aber erst selber durchkehren. Auch hat Ralph beim ersten Versuch Probleme, weil es nur hei\u00dfes Wasser gibt. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag sind Handwerker auf dem Platz und dann gibt es auch kaltes Wasser. Eigentlich wollten wir nur 2 N\u00e4chte bleiben und dann zu Silvio fahren. Der musste aber kurzfristig verreisen und kommt erst 1 Woche sp\u00e4ter zur\u00fcck. Wir beschlie\u00dfen, die Wartezeit auf dem Platz zu verbringen. Nach 4 Tagen stehen 2 M\u00e4nner von einem lokalen Fernsehkanal vor der T\u00fcre und wollen ein Interview mit uns machen. Wegen der Verst\u00e4ndigungsprobleme machen wir das mit dem Google \u00dcbersetzer. Es geht zwar schneller, aber nicht unbedingt einfacher, da einige \u00dcbersetzungen doch sehr abenteuerlich und lustig sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are on RN9 again, which runs dead straight and doesn’t offer much variety in the first stretch. In between we see various cacti as big as trees. Besides the road we see booth with wood, cacti, blankets, furs and charcoal. Later, palm trees appear again and again. In Villa de Maria we spend the night in a big park. Around 22h the police knock on the door and when we explain that we are from Germany and just passing through, we are allowed to stay. Except for the last 20 km along a reservoir behind Cordoba, the route is again quite monotonous the next day. Next to the road are huge corn fields, some of which have not yet been harvested and look dried up. We suspect that this is related to the diesel shortage. Because of this shortage, the state oil company YPF has taken drastic measures. For example, all vehicles with foreign license plates pay almost double the price, and the amount of fuel dispensed is also drastically reduced in some cases, ranging from 10 to 50 liters per vehicle. In the late afternoon we reach Villa General Belgrano. Since we have to take care of some technical problems (heating, converter) and don’t want to get into the cold again, we check in at a campground for 4 weeks. We have electricity and can heat with the small heater. Unfortunately, the WiFi is not as good as expected and we can do almost nothing while inside car, but it is too cold to sit outside. We walk into town a couple times. In the center there is a square where the annual Oktoberfest is held. We feel as if we are in the Alps, since the town is dominated by Germans and Swiss. Many restaurants, hotels and stores have German names and are built in Alpine style. In between, we have to visit the dentist and get money. At the first attempt to pick up money at the post office, I lose my ID. Luckily, I had a piece of paper with the name of the campground in my ID. Adrian finds it and brings it to the camping; but we are not back yet. I contact him via WhatsApp cand we arrange to meet in the city, so that we can properly thank him. We also meet Matias, whom we met in 2020 in San Martin de los Andes at the campsite during the Corona time. He is building a house his father and we spend an afternoon together with him and his family. When we have checked out and fill another tank, a Swiss guy approaches us at the gas station. He had heard about us from the campground owner and would like to talk to us. He also recommended to visit the village of La Cumbrecita. After a short consideration we change our plan and firstly follow his recommendation and secondly go to his house in Alta Vista in the afternoon, where we can stay at the river. We spend 2 days with Francis and Sandra and good and interesting conversations. Then we continue to Cordoba to the Camping Municipal in the „Reserva Natural Parque San Martin“. From there we take a cab to the city and walk through the center. The next day we go for a little walk in the park. Our next destination is Laguna Mar Chiquita. The first night we spend in the parking lot at an observation tower for bird watching. However, except for parrots there are hardly any birds to be seen. We walk a bit further towards the lake, but it is quite dry here. The next morning, we want to go to the lake at La Paquita. After driving a few kilometers over narrow and bad roads, we are in front of a gate with a height limit and we cannot pass through. According to my app, it should be about 430 meters to the water, but it looks much further. We go for a walk anyway, but then turn around again, because the ground is getting muddy. The distance was definitely over 1.2 km. Again, we are not successful, when we head to the next access point. According to the navigation system we have to drive straight ahead to the beach. But after about 4 km we can only turn right and the road ends at a farm. We finally stay in Suardi at the Parque Comunal „Antonio Cavallo“. Here we can stay for free and have electricity and WiFi. On request, we even get keys for the showers. But we have to sweep them ourselves first. Ralph also has problems at the first attempt, because there is only hot water. The next day craftsmen are on site and then there is also cold water. Actually, we wanted to stay only 2 nights and then visit Silvio. However, he had to travel at short notice and will only return a week later. We decide to spend the waiting time in Suardi. After 4 days 2 men from a local TV channel are standing outside the camper and want to do an interview with us. Because of communication problems we do it with the Google translator.
